Temperature: 

Optimal growth: 15-22°C. Temperatures above 25°C can lead to excessive vegetative growth, bolting, and decreased quality.

Air Humidity: 

60%-75%. Excessive humidity can induce leaf diseases such as downy mildew.

Light: 

Low light compensation point, prefers moderate light. An average daily light intensity of 15,000-25,000 Lux is ideal; shading is necessary in summer to prevent scorching.

 

 Water and Fertilizer Parameters

Nutrient Solution EC Value: 

Seedling stage: 1.0-1.3 mS/cm; Mid-to-late growth stage: 1.3-1.8 mS/cm.

Nutrient Solution pH Value: 

5.5-6.5 (optimal around 6.0).

Key Nutrients: 

A balanced nitrogen-potassium ratio is required. Pay attention to supplementing with micronutrients such as calcium and iron to prevent heartburn and yellowing leaves.

  • Cooling system Exhaust fan has the galvanized housing, a large aluminum wheel, a 0.8mm frame, and a 0.4mm thick blind. The cooling pad is made of polymer wet curtain paper, which is a special product that has been specially treated to have high structural strength, corrosion resistance, and excellent air permeability and water resistance. The air enters the greenhouse through the cooling pad, which has the effect of cooling, moistening and dust removal.
  • Heating system Greenhouse heating system refers to a set of suitable heating facilities selected to meet heating needs, including heat source, heat dissipation facilities, and heat transfer facilities. The main accessories include boilers, transmission pipelines, circulating water, radiators, and various control or regulating valves.
  • Shading system Internal shading is installed inside the greenhouse, fixed to the structure and matched with the frame; its net is made of white aluminum foil and secured by white support wires, achieving 65% shading rate via light reflection. External shading is fixed outside the greenhouse frame and supported by columns and beams; its net is made from HDPE, PE, PB, PVC, recycled/new materials, etc., treated with UV stabilizers and anti-oxidants for high tensile strength, aging/corrosion/radiation resistance and light weight, secured by black support wires, and delivers a better 75% shading rate through light absorption.
  • Irrigation system Its working principle is to draw irrigation water from the source, pressurize, purify and filter it, then deliver it to field irrigation facilities via pipelines. Drip arrows suit soilless cultivation (3–4 per meter, 1.6m planting spacing), including main pipelines (φ50–φ63), connectors, φ16/1.2mm PE pipes and drip arrow four-piece sets, excluding fertilizer applicators. Drip irrigation applies to ground planting (drip tape spacing 0.8m, φ20/16 PE pipes), with components including water pumps, proportional fertilizer applicators, main pipelines (φ32–φ63), PE pipes and connectors.
  • Fertilization system Fertilization system: You can choose the corresponding type according to actual needs, manual type, electric type, smart type, and can be connected to mobile phones and computers for remote control. More details will be shown in the proposal.
  • Control system Designed for agricultural greenhouses, environmental control and weather observation, this automatic system monitors key agricultural factors including wind speed/direction, air/soil temperature and humidity, air pressure, rainfall, solar radiation and UV intensity. Users can choose between ordinary power distribution cabinets and intelligent temperature control systems. The latter uses outdoor weather stations and indoor sensors to detect and record temperature, humidity, light, CO₂ concentration, substrate temperature and humidity, and supports remote control via computer and mobile phone.
